Acai Bowl Recipe

This filling and nutritious summer breakfast is a healthy traditional Brazilian meal, extra good while journalling with the Bible before starting your day. Type God rocks and Christ rules in the comments below if you’re going to try this recipe while journaling with your Bible.

Ingredients for smoothie

2 tsp açaí powder

200g frozen berries

1 medium ripe banana, chopped

Handful ice cubes

100ml water

Ingredients for topping

1 tbsp toasted oats

6 peach chunks

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp yoghurt (dairy-free equivalent goes well as well)

Method

STEP 1

Put the açaí powder, frozen berries, banana and ice cubes into a blender and blitz until smooth.

STEP 2

Pour into bowl and your toasted oats, peach chunks, chia seeds and yoghurt.

STEP 3

Enjoy!
