Eat, Pray & Love: Land, Sea & Sky

Campeche, Mexico

Riana’s perception of God changed forever when she discovered Campeche, a port city on the Gulf of Mexico. As she and her husband rode along the countryside, Riana asked her husband to stop when the sheer beauty of God’s Creation caught her breath. A sight she has never been able to put into words stopped her in her tracks: the land, the sea and the sky all in one place. It was as if she could touch all three at once. The synergy was too great for her to bear and she called her sister to relay the phenomenon she'd witnessed for she couldn't hold her excitement even a second longer. “Everything is one!” Giddy with joy, Riana told her sister. “What do you mean is all one?” Her sister asked, perplexed. “The land, the sea and the sky are all one. I can see everything in front of my eyes at once.” Riana tried to explain in vain, but her sister still couldn't understand until she saw a video of Riana in Campeche. This is the thing with God’s Brilliance, the magic stands right in front of your eyes, palpable and intense, yet words cannot give it any justice. In fact, nothing can. Type God rocks and Christ rules in the comments below if you’ve ever been bowled by God’s magnificent Creation.

Take God everywhere

How do you maintain your spiritual health as a frequent traveller? Travelling for me is a passion so while I travel I always have God with me. I have my little bible that fits perfectly in my handbag or hand luggage so I am constantly praying and sometimes in the middle of nowhere by car or on a plane in the sky I just start praying and thanking God for all that he does and for the great opportunity for making me travelling the world and seeing all his beautiful creations. So the travelling doesn't affect my relationship with God because he is everywhere you want him to be there is no specific place or time to talk with our creator just remember that he is there and will always be there so that whatever thing you do always puts him in and your spiritual health will never be a problem because everything will seem easy because you take him with you in your trips.

A heart of gratitude is a heart for God

Most of the people think that to pray to God is always asking for things especially material thinks. Don ‘t get me wrong it is good to ask as God said in Mathew 7:7. The problem here is people never stop to ask they forget to thank God for what they asked for when they already have it and not only that but they even forget to thank God for what they had before. Well I think God would love you to show him some appreciation by thanking him all the time especially just for giving us the gift of life and waking us up every blessed day . As for me I think people should include this in their daily prayers all the time and should remember that thanking God is very important and that God feels happy when we thank him for all the wonderful things he has done and will continue to do in our lives and in the lives of our family members and friends. Let’s give thanks to God in everything thing it should be part of our prayer routine.

“‘Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” — Jesus Christ, Savior of the World, Matthew 7:7
